Dark Chocolate Energy Bark

  1. Scoop the almond slices, carrots, raspberries, mangoes, pineapple, and vanilla yogurt bites into a bowl and lightly crush.
  2. Heat chocolate on the stove and stir continuously until melted.
  3. Place a sheet of wax paper onto a pan and spread melted chocolate until surface is covered, about ½ inches thick.
  4. While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle toppings across melted chocolate in pan and lightly drizzle extra chocolate on top.
  5. Let the chocolate set at room temperature for 20 minutes, or throw them in the fridge to calm those cravings even faster! Once bark has hardened, break up and enjoy!
