Description:

These beef turnovers are to die for! They were so easy to make. I used Chef Todd's THRIVE BBQ Meat recipe which meant no touching raw meat, browning, or chopping. Perfect for a low-maintenance dinner that hits the spot!

Directions:

  1. Add the Beef Dices, 1 1/2 cups of water, Beef Bouillon, Chopped Onions, Chef's Choice, paprika, chili powder, cider vinegar, and barbecue sauce into a bowl and mix.
  2. In a seperate mixing bowl, make dough according to can instructions.
  3. Remove dough from mixing bowl and roll flat.
  4. Seperate a large piece of dough and place a spoonfull of meat in the center.
  5. Add another large piece of dough on top, and press down the edges. Fold under, and place on a prepped baking sheet. Repeat.
  6. Let dough rise.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes at 325F.
  8. Top with additional meat, and enjoy!
